  2. Election of the rotating chairman, first vice chairman, and two vice chairmen of the International Federationof Warehousing & Logistics in 2024;
  3. Discuss the date and location of the International Federationof Warehousing & Logistics 2025 Annual Conference;
  4. Research and discuss the work plan for 2024-2025;

(Attendees: Chinese overseas hub enterprises and international logistics enterprises; Warehousing and logistics organizations and enterprises from various countries voluntarily participate, or invite representatives from relevant countries to participate)

Each enterprise or individual is encouraged to give a 20 minutes speech on “My Past and Present Life with Overseas Hub” (academic lectures on the research journey, bosses sharing entrepreneurial stories or highlights of enterprise services, supporting service providers sharing transformation stories, etc.), encouraging everyone to participate.

The China Association of Warehousing and Distribution will award honorary certificates to 10 self-regulation pioneer enterprises in the overseas hub industry, 5 outstanding figures in the overseas hub industry, and 50 members of the overseas hub forum.

Conference topic: Discuss the weaknesses, difficulties, and blockages in the development of overseas hub construction, and analyse the development trend of 2024 overseas hub industry; Discuss the key tasks of the branch.

Over the years, IFWL has successively held annual conferences in the Netherlands, Australia, Canada, the United States, South Korea, Taiwan, China and other countries or regions. The wonderful annual conference activities include welcome reception, symposium, special meeting of the Executive Committee, exhibition visits, field research, etc. Three years from 2020 to 2022, no annual conference was held, so the next rotating presidency was not elected.

2024 International Logistics Cooperation and Development Conference will be held in Hong Kong, China, in May, 2024. The Secretariat will invite associations of warehousing and logistics industry and representative enterprises from 15 countries around the world to gather in Hong Kong, China, the free trade capital, to discuss, jointly build and share global warehousing and logistics channels and resources, and welcome to scan the QR code to register for the International Warehousing Event.
